Returns
We accept any and all returns on every product that has not been opened. Please use any of the contact details on the 'contact us' section for instruction and options.
We are unable to cover the cost of sending the order back, but will refund the original order cost and delivery fee.
Cancel/amend
You may cancel or amend any order unless it has been shipped. Once shipped we are unable to cancel or ammend and you but instead follow the returns policy on the left.
Delayed/lost
If, in the rare occurance, there is a delivery issue(delay, lost, misrouted), please contact the delivery provider or us, and we will contact them on your behalf. Should there be an issue, we may offer a refund on delivery, which will be decided on a case by case basis.
Delivery time and cost
Main courier: Royal Mail
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. All orders placed before 6pm BST are shipped that same day, after 6pm will be shipped the following day.
All orders should be with you within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping option you chose. The cost of shipping starts at £1.99 and can increase in price depending on the size of your order and the delivery option you chose.
